Radio Distribution

In 2020, during the high arms conflict period, people were seeking to have updated information about the conflict and COVID 19 situation in Rakhine state, because the internet was totally shut down in nine townships in northern and central Rakhine state. This situation has created restrictions of the flow of essential information which prevents public health information during the period of the COVID 19 pandemic.

Green Journey has implemented Radio distribution in the rural areas to ensure access to information which helped the community to receive information about the conflict and the COVID 19 situation of the country.
