Green Journey
Green Journey is currently prioritizing women group for mushroom production in the villages and IDPs. Through this project women groups have not only contributed to food consumption but also added an amount to family incomes annually. Women were enabling them to stop traveling to conflict zones for work, save for larger food purchases, and pay off existing loans. Some producers in Kyauktaw township have expanded the mushroom production into other cash crops.
